Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Slight variations are to be expected as all product are handmade. All products are subject to change in availability and/or price at any time, without prior notice.
Returns and Exchanges
All products are hand made with love and craftmanship. We don’t accept any returns due to a slight variation from photo on website. If you are not 100% satisfied, or you believe your order is incorrect or defective please notify us immediately so we can find a solution. All notifications must be received within 48 hours from receiving your order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You have to contact us before you send an article back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on returning your item

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will promptly notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.
You will receive the credit typically within 5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non -refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We ship via FEDEX, or freight company. All orders placed on the weekend will process the following Monday. Please note that we ship Monday – Friday and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days. Also, shipper doesn’t count weekends and USA holidays as business days.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If an item is received damaged, please notify us immediately (email@example.com) If you notify us after 48 hours we cannot grand any replacement or credit. Original packaging must be retained for photographing and/or repacking. When package arrives damaged, also notify shipper. Claims on damaged and faulty goods will be replaced or credited once returned to our Florida based warehouse. Returned items will not be accepted if it is held for more than 5 days after receipt.
